Why We’re Intentionally Different

Fitness should be effective, sustainable, and smart—not just trendy or extreme. You don’t need scorching heat, circus tricks, endless burpees, or muscle-ups to get strong. What you do need is a strategic, science-backed approach that delivers the minimum effective dose—just enough challenge to drive real progress without unnecessary wear and tear.

 

We refuse to follow fitness fads that prioritize exhaustion over results.  We don’t do bootcamps, HIIT, or reckless high-intensity training because we know that pushing to failure daily isn’t necessary—or safe—for most people.

Finding STRAPPED Studio:  The parking lot for our main location is on Breithaupt St, across from RIM DOCTOR.  There are two parking lots you may park in for our location, as well as street parking.  We have ground floor access, our entrance inside the lot closest to Duke St.
