THE OG is our foundational full-body strength class using resistance straps to build strength, mobility, and confidence. Designed for all levels, this class teaches proper movement while delivering a challenging, effective workout. If you’re new to Strapped or returning to strength training, this is the best place to start.
S&M – Strength + Mobility blends strength training and mobility work to help you move better and feel stronger in your everyday life. This class focuses on joint health, control, and full-range movement in a calm, supportive environment. Perfect for beginners, recovery-focused students, and anyone who wants strength without stress.
SAFARI is a freedom-of-movement class inspired by natural, animal-style patterns. Expect floor work, crawling, rolling, and flowing transitions that build coordination, mobility, and body awareness. It’s playful, challenging, and unlike anything you’ll find in a traditional gym.
SYNC is a music-driven cardio class built around simple, repeatable movement patterns performed to the beat. No equipment, no complicated choreography – just fun, rhythm-based movement that improves balance, coordination, and cardiovascular fitness. Fitness should feel good, and SYNC proves it can.
S.O.S. is a restorative class focused on myofascial release, breath work, and restorative postures to support recovery and relaxation. Designed to reduce tension and improve mobility, it’s the perfect way to balance a strength-based fitness routine. Slow down, reset, and leave feeling better than when you arrived.
