SETPOINT was built for real people who want to feel comfortable before being challenged. It’s a one-on-one reset that replaces confusion with confidence and helps you feel at home in your body – and in our community.

Master resistance straps and the techniques used in class to build strength with control and confidence. Kettlebells, cables, bars, and rings may also be introduced to deepen your movement and support long-term progression.

Learn the foundational mobility work pulled directly from S&M, with sessions targeting specific limitations, chronic pain patterns, and restricted movement. This is about moving better – not stretching randomly.

Take on Safari without the pressure. Learn and enjoy primal movement patterns in a relaxed setting, knowing you’re also quietly building the skills that make SABRE and SGT feel like a natural next step.
